Back Stock Manager

What I liked

I loved the creativity that came with my job. I have had the privilege of working in many areas of retail but being a Back Stock Manager was the most unique position yet. Floor sets and displays required my personal creative opinion and fashion skills that I had developed over my years of experience. I was awesome to get to work with props and clothing to make the displays marketable and fashionable.

What I wish was different

I wish I had a at least two people on my team to work with. The job was just me and it was very rewarding to see how I had grown after my time as a back stock manager but I wish I had more people to collaborate with and learn from. Working in more of a team setting, I believe, would have benefited the company and my experience.
