Pay was excellent, independent work so not reliant on anyone else for the most part, working outside and with plants is very cool and unique
What I wish was different
Working outside during the Southern heat was quite brutal somedays, customers could be rude if you were unable to help them

I liked that it was seasonal so I didn’t have to balance work and school during the school year.

I wish it lasted a little longer and that I got more hours.

Make sure you get your application in as early as possible so you can start earlier and get a bunch of hours!

What I liked
I had the opportunity to be surrounded by plants and beautiful insects on a daily basis. I was able to spend everyday outdoors and learning.
What I wish was different
I wish the pay for the amount of work was different.
Advice
It is so important to be prepared for this daily job with plenty of water, a hat, and working boots. If you are not prepared to work long, hard hours in the heat, this job is not for you.
