I loved working with patients and walking them through informed decision-making regarding their personal health. Patient education was one of my favorite aspects of this job, second only to providing support to patients.

I wish that my school schedule would allow me to stay with this company!
While efficiency is important, nothing can top great customer service. Listen to patients, acknowledge their feelings and let them know that they are not alone in their feelings, questions, and choices. Whether we are seeing someone for wellness exams, a PAP smear, STI screenings, birth control or abortion services, it is our job to facilitate a judgment-free environment and support their choices, no matter what.
