How i get to communicate with different people everyday and seeing them leave satisfied with their full stomachs.
What I wish was different
The consistency with management. I’ve been their for six months now and there has been 3 General Managers and because of that reason a lot of employees quit as well.
Advice
the best advice is to be adaptable and self sufficient. It’s one of the things that kept me great at my job. Also do not take criticism personally, everyone is trying to their best to make the store the best it can be.
