I appreciate PPC's goals and values. Their product is more the experience the customers have and not just the food itself. I had good coworkers.
What I wish was different
I wish I had had more opportunities to learn and grow, and learn new positions.
Advice
Always look for opportunities to connect regardless of where you work. Make connections with the employer, with coworkers, and with customers/clients. It makes the experience more enjoyable for everyone.

Advice
I would recommend everyone to work part time in the food industry, at least for a couple of months, so you understand how to interact with customers and the importance of service!
