I like the flexibility in hours because they work well with me to balance my schedule around another job. The cash tips are great because I don't have to wait every two weeks to have money in my pocket.

Some days are long, and sometimes people don't tip well, but there is a lot you can learn from the customer service aspect and developing a strong work ethic.
