Every member who worked at this firm was open to any and all questions we had to ask them. It was an important learning experience. They all ensured that the work we did was correct and showed us all the proper forms to submit out affidavits.
What I wish was different
I personally wish I had spent more time in the office, as opposed to working from home. The days I was in the office I learned the most information, I wish I took advantage of it.
Advice
Never be afraid to ask for help! All of the other clerks and claim managers, as well as the managing partners, want to make sure you get the best experience out of it.
