What I liked

Interning at PITT OHIO was a great experience. The culture of the company is unbelievable. All of the employees were very welcoming and wanted to help the interns in any way they could. Additionally, I enjoyed working with my fellow interns on a project that we presented to top-level management and even the CEO. Overall, my experience at PITT OHIO was outstanding and I would reccommened anyone to intern with them.

I like that it is part time and I get to work from home.

I wish the schedule was more flexible. I work 5 days a week but it is part time. I feel like a full time employee without the benefits

What I liked

PITT OHIO is the best company I have ever worked for. They treat you like family from day one of your internship and give you all the tools necessary for being successful. PITT OHIO also challenges you, it is not an easy internship by any means, but if you want a rewarding experience this is the place to be. I learned so much this summer, my supervisor went out of their way to help me understand the key functions of my department and the company. There is something to learn from the leadership of every department in the company and the Human Resources staff is excellent. I would work at PITT OHIO again if I ever had the chance to, they are an excellent company to work for.

What I wish was different

Nothing it was a great experience.

Advice

Work hard everyday. When the group project is presented to you do your best to learn about what the main concept of the project is. If you are not sure how you can contribute to the project, don't worry, everyone's knowledge and skills will be needed somewhere along the way.
