Being able to work with other Carroll students while also gaining great engineering experience.
Having a lot of freedom to choose which projects I was able to work on and control how all of the work brought in from different contractors was completed

What I wish was different
It was very different being the summer interns and having to train the full-time hires that were made in June. My relationship with coworkers was not great and I wish that could have been better.
Advice
Expect varying hours depending on workload, but this internship is great for any college engineering student looking for experience.
