I worked in Famer's in Pine Mountain, and it was overall a great experience. They worked with my school schedule during the summer so I didn't have to work on days when I had class, and are letting me come back to work on school breaks. The people that I worked with were great and I can't wait to go back and see them again. The environment is one of my favorites that I have ever worked with.
What I wish was different
The only thing that I would've changed was not having a breakfast shift during the week, but they have removed that since I have returned for the fall semester.
Advice
The one piece of advice I would share about this experience, and this is for any waitressing job, is to make sure that you smile and try to show you really care about your customers because it definitely can make the difference.
