The workload was pretty heavy and the expectations were set high. There's not a whole lot of "team-building" type activity so especially in a remote setting that can feel a little isolating.

Opportunities for education and meaningful projects were abundant. Great management team, and a strong formal mentorship system. Felt like taking on the responsibility of a full time analyst for the summer.

Building relationships with other interns was difficult, but this was mostly due to the remote environment.

Take advantage of formal and informal learning opportunities. Employees of all levels are willing to sit down for a coffee chat if you are proactive about reaching out.
