Pima Prevention Partnership (PPP) was started in 1992 with a five-year grant from the U.S. Center for Substance Abuse Prevention. Since that time PPP has grown into an agency with an annual operating budget of $12 million. PPP serves youths and families throughout Arizona. Following its mission “creating conditions for change,” PPP uses a Servant Leadership model to provide programs and capacity-building services to more than 11,000 youth and families each year.
