Pierce Pepin Cooperative Services

About Pierce Pepin Cooperative Services

We are an electric distribution cooperative located in western Wisconsin serving Pierce and portions of Pepin, St. Croix and Buffalo counties. We purchase electricity from Dairyland Power Cooperative headquartered in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Since our lines were first energized on June 13, 1938, we have grown to have over 6,800 members, serving an average 5.7 members per mile of line. Our mission has always been and will continue to be providing reliable energy to rural consumers.

PPCS is located in Ellsworth, a village of approximately 3,300 residents and the county seat of Pierce County. Ellsworth combines a rural lifestyle with access to the advantages of a big city.
