Manufacturing Engineering Intern

What I liked

The internship program at Pierce is unlike any other. The summer is filled with many fun events. From test track rides at Oshkosh Defense, to a Timber Rattlers game, to lunch with the CEO. The summer ends with an intern expo which is a great place to network with other interns and full time employees. Pierce also does a great job at making you feel involved and useful while providing you with experience that prepares you for jobs later one.

What I wish was different

I wish we would've had more chances to sit with the President and CEO and ask them questions.

Advice

Don't be afraid to ask questions to your coworkers. Everyone is friendly and willing to help you get the most out of the internship experience.
