I enjoyed the people and the community that was created and blossomed throughout the summer. The work was enjoyable and the days we had off were always full of fun events with PCCI.
What I wish was different
I wish that there was more attempts to connect with people outside PCCI but due to Covid life was limited in many ways

Be prepared to put All of your work and time into this one research project, don't take summer classes at the same time, enjoy the experience!

Go in to research experiences with an open mind and take any opportunity to learn more that you possibly can. There are a lot of smart and helpful people working with undergraduate students!
