I liked interacting with the kids and their families and making friendships with campers who did multiple weeks of camp throughout the summer.
What I wish was different
I wish I had known that I would be as far out as Fluvanna, which was ~40 minutes away from my residence at UVA.
Advice
Be patient with yourself and give yourself time to learn the system - every camp is different and it is not easy to master the paperwork and procedures that are specific to each camp.
