Quality Intern

July - August 2018 • Middletown, PA

What I liked

Almost everything. My coworkers were very kind and helpful, my supervisor was understanding and professional, and the work I was doing was fulfilling.

What I wish was different

I wish I had been given more tasks at a time so that while I was waiting on a response on one, I could work on another.

Advice

Apply to positions even if you don't meet every qualification. I met maybe 2/3rds of the qualifications on the job posting, but I exceeded my boss' expectations in every area. When creating a job posting, sometimes even the hiring managers don't know what skills will be necessary to get the job done.
