Being in the heart of downtown and learning about administration for the arts. Every day was different and exciting. The staff is warm, friendly, and well connected.
What I wish was different
I would have liked more professional development training. There’s a lot of job specific jargon in the fundraising world so some advanced training sessions would have been nice

Non profits are very fast paced environments so it’s important to stand up for yourself and take advantage of your time in the position.
