This internship allowed me to work on projects that were directly related to the organization. There was no busy work or random projects - everything I did had meaning and allowed me to contribute to the marketing team as a whole. The team at Phipps was incredible, everyone was so kind and willing to help or answer questions if I had any. The best part about this internship is that everyone treated me as an equal and not just an intern. They asked for my input on projects and allowed me to share my own ideas. I felt like I was doing real work while at this internship and I feel that it really prepared me for my future career.
