What I liked

At Philly's Best Steak I loved opportunities I was provided with it. Considering that this company is a small business you are getting exposed to a lot of aspects of business and you are able to improve in many different areas. Also work is meaningful and I was able to follow product through procurement, production and sales in the end which makes it more interesting.

What I wish was different

I wish I have started this co-op in April, instead of June.

Advice

I would say that if you want to work in Philly's Best you need to be open minded and be able to adopt and work on many different areas; if you know to work in many different areas, you are more valuable to the company. Also it is important to be positive and accountable.
