What I liked
Interning at Pharos was a great experience. The exposure you get from interning beyond a summer allows you to learn more about private equity and the day-to-day operations. I appreciated the team’s flexibility with balancing the internship with classes and tests. The people at Pharos are also great to work with; there is a good culture, and the people are there to help you learn. More importantly, they are eager to help you with finding a full-time job after the internship. I truly think their relationships and recommendations helped me get interviews and, ultimately, a full-time offer my senior year.
