What I liked

There is nothing much to like about the company. It lacks diversity, they bring people from India on H1B to work as cheap labour and offer peanuts to freshers. Work life balance is non existent for most employees. They make you sign non compete which blocks you from joining major pharma companies. lot of internal politics and bootlicking required to get promotion and pay. They have ruined many careers and supposedly involved in scamy immigration tactics.

What I wish was different

I wish i had not joined the organization. Managers are all scamsters who make you sign shady and career damaging documents for the whims and fancies of people on the top. I wished I had joined companies like IQVIA, ZS, Deloitte, Trinity consulting at the start of my career. I hope people reading can learn from my mistake and strongly avoid going here.
