Having flexible hours and coworkers who were willing to cover last minute if I needed it. My boss was very understanding and willing to work with my school schedule.
What I wish was different
Typically the store only had one person working at a time and it would get lonely. Also, the work was often repetitive.
Advice
This is a good place to work if you don't like the typical retail experience. You learn new skills and learn to prioritize your work in a retail setting.
