The award-winning Peter White Public Library is considered by many to be the heart of the city and county of Marquette; the “jewel” of the diverse and progressive communities the library serves.
The Peter White Public Library serves a population of over 36,000 with a budget of $1.8 million and a staff of 37. The Library is housed in a landmark building that serves as the hub of the community, offering programming and services beyond those of most traditional libraries, as well as outstanding customer service.
