I loved the personal experience I got working with this family. It was my second summer working with them and I really got to expand on my relationship with the boys while still doing therapy with him.
What I wish was different
I wish there was more structure to what they wanted as far as therapy went.
Advice
Be an advocate for yourself with your pay and what your own expectations are.

What I liked
I liked being able to work one-on-one with the student to hone in on skills that they needed to work on. It gave way for more progress.
What I wish was different
I think all aspects of the job were satisfactory.
Advice
It is important to apply for opportunities whether you think you'll get it or not because I originally thought that when I signed up to help faculty member's children with certain subjects that no one would actually reach out to me, but someone did and I am still working for that faculty member.
