What I liked
Very collaborative and welcoming culture. Felt like folks wanted me to succeed, from my direct mentors and managers, to my peers. I also felt very integrated and part of the team as an Engineer, not an intern. I felt this in the way I was expected to carry out my work and the kind of work I was assigned. All my projects were to improve our product directly and fulfill requests from important clients. Really enjoyed my time.
