Our agency works in various offices in Texas providing case management services for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities on the CLASS Waiver program. We coordinate services with community resources, various local agencies and are the liaison for participants of the program and Texas Health & Human services. Our goal is to assist an individual in fully participating in their community with supports from from all available resources.
