I really enjoyed learning more about the ins and outs of the onboarding process. It was really interesting to me being able to get involved recruiting and interviewing. I was also given a job that would be a large venture for the company allowing me to interact with a lot of different professionals.
What I wish was different
I wish I would've been more involved in other processes with the other employees. It seemed like they were often grouped together to work on projects and I was given the same tasks to work on every day (other than my project that I worked on).
Advice
I would suggest to new interns that it is important to volunteer yourself for projects even though you may not always know how to do it. It allows other to see your willingness to get things done. It also allowed me to become more involved in the project that I would've otherwise not been able to do had I not volunteered and searched for it. +
