Interns exposure to continue learning. Interns have the opportunity to explore any field of interest within the department. External training was paid by the agency and internal training was provided. Supervisors made the time and were willing to answer any questions. Schedule flexibility. You have the opportunity to come into work from 6-10 am without requesting permission as long as you work 8 hrs. Other work schedules were also offered. A permanent position at the end of the internship is contingent on vacancy.
