I enjoyed working the multiple banks in the Pennsylvania region. From shadowing industry professionals to learning about credit management, whealth management, and other banking sectors. I also enjoyed creating a capstone project about the recruiting and retention of younger workers within the banking industry. At the end, I would present this project, along with my team, to industry leaders where they would implement strategies studied during my capstone project.
