What I liked
The marketing team that I worked with was a team that wanted to see everyone on it succeed. It was a nice collaborative group to work it.
What I wish was different
My personal experience differs from others but I wish certain expectations of what was expected of me in my various roles was communicated more clearly and that I had more help when transitioning into my position.
Advice
An internship with this organization would be a great experience. It is a very small front office with a very limited budget so great for internships but not so great for the job hunt!
