Being a disabled citizen, working for this nonprofit to gain job training was amazing. I was able to be connected to many new community resources and gain independence.
What I wish was different
Many things in regards to th actual manufacturing process. Major complaint was this organization did not value the input of the workers who tried to make the process better for all.
Advice
Any disabled individual who works for this company should take the opportunity to acquire the many soft skills which you can and will learn because they are transferable to other organizations.
