What I liked

This is one of the best work environments I've been a part of so far. Everyone here really cares about the work they do, and my superiors always valued my input about everything I was doing. Working here taught me a myriad of skills that I'll be able to use at any future job I have.

What I wish was different

N/A! I had a fantastic experience all-around, and got to try out many different aspects of the job to figure out what fit me the best.

Advice

It's a very constructive environment, so any mistakes made are met with assistance to fix them instead of criticism--which makes for a very positive experience all-around. Go into it with an open mind and willingness to learn and you'll go far!

What I liked

PeaseDoors is a great company to work for! They offer a very productive work environment, and the owners and co-workers are fun to be around and people who don't mind being asked questions and helping out if you have questions while working. Work is very collaborative, and you have fun while doing it.

What I wish was different

Couldn't have been a better experience for my first full-time work experience, couldn't have been better.

Advice

Don't be afraid to ask questions if you are not sure what to do or what to say to a customer. The job is a lot more fun if you go with the flow, have fun with it, and engage with your coworkers.
