I liked talking to my adult co-workers and learning what their degrees were and how it led them to this job. I also just like the busy work of getting things done but not having to think that much because it is routine office work.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more tasks to do. This was my second summer working here and in the last year, they hired more full-time employees. My first summer I was doing the work of a HR Technician but this year all the computer work was going to the full-time employee not to me, the summer hire.
Advice
Working in HR is good stepping stone to learning office etiquette in the workplace.
