Are you interested in joining an incredible and talented team in a private, patient-oriented, outpatient setting? We are located in Cumberland, Rhode Island and currently doubling the size of our office with the goal of growing our family! Everyone, especially employees, are treated as family, here at Peak Physical Therapy! We aim to do everything in our power to create an environment in which employees feel respected, empowered, independent and completely comfortable from the moment they begin their day until the end. Being a smaller, and close-knit office, you will never feel like “just a number” amongst hundreds of employees. We value every bit of input from our employees, and they are involved in most all business decisions. Any concern, advice, question, or input is always welcome and will be immediately addressed. Each therapist is provided with their own private treatment room, as well as access to our fully equipped gym. We value the time and diligence of care you provide each patient, meaning you will never be double booked. It’s the little gestures that are so important to us at Peak Physical Therapy, such as celebrating birthdays, team outings, monthly lunches of choice, etc. To us, employee satisfaction is the most important goal, and we would love to welcome you to the family!
