“The staff are all cool and fun people with a lot of backcountry and climbing knowledge. I learned a lot about the professional skills required for guiding people in summit attempts, extended backcountry travel and rock climbing. Along with this I learned a ton of skills for personal recreation of mountain climbing and rock climbing. Though they ask for volunteers they provide housing, food, and pay for guiding certifications/training. ”
