What I liked
The job is surprisingly really easy. I enjoy having intelligent conversations with the doctors and nurses.
What I wish was different
I wish it didn't take so long to get the job. Their hiring process takes 6-8 weeks. I applied for the job in July and didn't actually get hired on until the beginning of September.
Advice
Makes sure that you have really good references that will reply when they are called or emailed or Peacehealth will not hire you. They really care about a workers character.

What I liked
The environment and staff are very welcoming and helpful! Especially during training. Many of the physicians also went out of their way to help me learn and took an interest in my future career path.
