I like the company culture: everyone is very nice and laid back and we have a lot of social events during and after work.
What I wish was different
I wish we had a more solidified training procedure. I was supposed to move into development but the transition was a little rocky since I didn’t have proper training.
Advice
My advice would be that you should take initiative and show that you’re a hungry learner in order to make the most of your experience.
