Good variety of projects, ability to travel to other facilities to work on different projects.
What I wish was different
Wish I had more projects. I had to ask for work often and sometimes went days without anything to do.

Automation Engineer Intern
May 2019 • Wickliffe, OH
What I liked
Great people, amazing location, cheap housing, interesting projects, challenging work. Work was a good mix of desk/design work and hands on work, and projects came in a huge variety. Relaxed and lenient environment.
What I wish was different
Company struggled with organization and 6S, and there was often too much work for the number of employees.
Advice
It sounds like people's experiences with PCC are hit or miss, so don't make a decision based solely on a single review. Every position is different so your experience will depend on who you're working under and your responsibilities.

What I liked
I enjoyed the challenges presented by the manufacturing environment, and the support provided by my mentors.
What I wish was different
Working on bigger projects would have been nice, but given the constraints of a summer semester large-scale projects are out-of-reach.
Advice
Don’t be afraid to ask questions! Your mentors and other employees are an endless wealth of knowledge.
