Friendly work environment, great pay, incredible learning experience with a lot of responsibility, good support from mentors, lab experience.
What I wish was different
Day-to-day was monotonous and there was a lot of hurry-up-and-wait, but that's the nature of construction and asbestos testing. Also, it was challenging to work almost exclusively with men; at most there would be one woman on site.
