What I liked

I love the Atmosphere. At all levels individuals are empowering and always there for each other. There are always new things to learn. They are a great overall company and always provide the necessary resources to be successful. I was able to expand my skills in a office setting which is crucial as a social worker. I would highly recommend applying and gaining a new set of skills.

What I wish was different

Advice

Never be afraid to ask questions! It is important to always ask and express your concerns about any situation. Management is always there to assist! Communication is also key as working in a team is crucial to be successful.

What I liked

Working at the Payne Insurance Group has been a very fulfilling experience so far. Deedre Payne is very involved in the growth and happiness of the employees and always makes sure to go above and beyond for you. The company is very accommodating, within reason, and is constantly looking for feedback and ways to improve their processes. The environment and overall company culture is inviting and warm.
