What I liked

I loved the culture and the freedom to pursue projects that I wanted, while having a very supportive manager and team to back me up. I also enjoyed the work itself, analyzing and aggregating data to deliver to the business leaders for decision making.

What I wish was different

I would recommend Paycor to anyone looking for a great place to grow your skills, and if you're self motivated to learn more technical skills by self-training.

What I liked

Paycor was a great place to work! The culture is incredible; everyone there wants to see you succeed and wants to help! I was given a lot of independence and accountability as an intern, and was welcomed as a contributing member of the team.

Students interning at Paycor should take advantage of the network. Reach out for shadow opportunities and connect with as many people as possible. Everyone I contacted was eager to meet, chat, and help!

Be excited to learn. I was giving a task that involved programming experience I did not have. I was able to learn these skills on the job and apply them to valuable outcomes.
