Paxos Restaurants is a family-owned and operated restaurant group that has been providing Lehigh Valley residents with fine dining experiences for over 30 years. Owner George Paxos currently operates 5 locations, including: blue grillhouse & event center in Bethlehem, PA; Melt, Torre, and Top Cut Steakhouse in Center Valley, PA (located at the Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley); and Firepoint Grill in Newtown Square, PA. The company marketing internship will offer hands-on experience in restaurant marketing, social media and a broad range of advertising approaches.
