What I liked

Getting to know the kids and establish a connection with them as well as improve the team overall.

What I wish was different

Had more consistency with the agendas of each practice. The kids were gone so much that it was very hard to stay on schedule.

Advice

If there's something you want to get done for your practice, just do it. Dont adjust to the kids.
