What I liked
The hours were nice. Also, they are my employee during the school year as a campus bus service bus operator. So, I was familiar with the company and all the rules and regulations. I also knew a lot of the people.
What I wish was different
Some of the management could have been better.
Advice
Be willing to do hard work that is sometimes gross. There is a lot of cleaning, and a lot of working outside in different types of weather.
