Management, taking responsibility and action to unsatisfied customers, not getting blamed as front desk for not having any amenities, letting us sit down whenever we want, and so on.
Advice
Be ready for a lot of rude tourists and SF people because this hotel does not advertise what it is unless you read the fine print. Management does not care.
