All of the people I met were really nice and genuinely wanted me to have as many learning experiences as possible to get me acquainted with their company and work they do, as well as help me in my future. I was able to sit in on meetings, help with a variety of projects, and experience what it's like to work in an office environment.

Advice
Be straightforward about what you want to learn and gain from your internship. Ask to work on projects you’re interested in, ask employees about their work, explore the different areas of the company. All of the employees were excited to share what they do and give advice, so don’t be afraid to ask!
