These services include scheduling, registration, insurance verification, hospital billing, revenue integrity, insurance collections, payment compliance, credentialing, health information management, customer service, payroll, and physician and specialty services billing.
In addition, through our Customer Service Operations division, Parallon supports all HCA Healthcare colleagues with contact center functions performed by the HR customer service and IT service desks. Parallon also serves HCA Healthcare patients through Patient Navigation Services, supporting patients throughout their healthcare journeys by connecting them with key clinical services.
