I wish we were able to do in person events this past summer, but we were still able to fulfill our role virtually.

I really liked how comfortable the full time staff made me feel. They expected greatness from us, but also had grace if you made a mistake or two.
What I wish was different
Well, we were in a building with no windows, so maybe a little sunshine would've brightened the mood at times.

Walk into this job with the confidence and boldness of being who you are. It does not matter your personality type, they will find a position that suits you.

What I liked
It's the most rewarding experience, traveling around the country influencing kids lives in the most positive way. You get to teach about leadership through experiential learning and not only do you impact kids lives, they impact yours.
What I wish was different
Honestly nothing, this job prepares you for so much and helps you stretch yourself past what you think you are capable of.
Advice
Don't be afraid to step up and be yourself, Paradigm Shift is the most excepting company imaginable.

I love how the people I worked for were so open and taught me what I needed to know. They also gave me room to fail and politely corrected me when I did so.
What I wish was different
There’s not much that I would change. Late night driving was kind of difficult but not terrible.

I loved my coworkers and I also loved the work we were doing. It was evident that we were making a difference in people’s lives and it was exciting to be apart of it.
