Management is involved. The CEO and president were amazing to work with, I was always encouraged to ask questions and the projects I was able to work on were unstructured and generally a fantastic experience.

Show enthusiasm, ask questions early and often, and try to always go the extra mile. They reward effort, and generally you will absolutely get back whatever you put in. It is a great company and great place to work.
